Bachelor’s Degree level in education. Technical Knowledge – Solid understanding of IT support fundamentals (hardware, software, networking basics).

Good understanding and experience using Monitoring tools (Geneos/Grafana/Splunk) and Scheduling tools (i.e Control M/Cronjobs).

Provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and contribute to best practices in model development, validation, and deployment.

Familiarity with project or change‑management activities - such as supporting system upgrades, process redesign, or new product launches.

Lead and manage special projects as assigned, as well as propose and drive process enhancements and automation. Experience in database design and maintenance.

You will collaborate with various departments and accounts, where necessary, to identify training needs and ensure continuous learning across the organisation.
