The ability to manage up to 20 people on a daily basis. Assist in motivating warehouse team and managing through performance KPI’s.

Hold a full, clean and current driving licence. Other duties may include some assistance in general site maintenance. Be flexible in their approach to work.

Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock. Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.

Strong understanding of operational KPIs, labour planning, and cost control. Ensure effective use of WMS / SAP and internal systems.
