8+ years of professional experience in a Cybersecurity engineering role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.

To investigate, diagnose root cause and resolve IT-related issues while working with the end user, other staff and third-party vendors where appropriate.
