Job Role
- Management of a sites regards Mechanical installations & fit outs.
- Weekly site review.
- Labour management.
- Procurement and ordering of materials.
- Meeting milestones.
- Progress reports.
Requirements / Skills
- Time served Plumber with QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing or equivalent (copy of certification needed).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills in an industrial & commercial environment.
- Ability to work on own initiative, run and team, set examples & have pride in their work.
- Experience in an industrial/commercial environment
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of H&S statutory requirements, responsibilities and obligations.
