Key responsibilities of the role include:
Driving:
To drive the company vehicles to the highest of standards
Make sure driving is performed in a safe and professional manner
To drive in line with a set timetable
Transport people from one place to another
Customer service
Providing a high standard of customer service
Providing customers with information when required
Behaving in a professional and friendly way to customers at all times
Being the face of the company
Keep the bus clean and presentable to the public
Answer questions about schedules routes and transfer points
Follow procedures to make sure all passengers are safe
The ideal candidate will have:
Good spoken English
The ability to keep calm under pressure and to remain approachable and polite at all times
Please note that all applicants must be in possession of a full D category EU Licence, Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph card.
