The Keadeen Hotel is currently seeking a Night Porter to join our dedicated team. This is a key role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and security of our guests during the night, while also maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for late check-ins, guest queries, and room service requests.
- Carry out regular security and fire walks throughout the night.
- Assist guests with luggage, taxis, wake-up calls, and special requests.
- Ensure hotel cleanliness and readiness for the next day (public areas, function rooms, bins, etc.).
- Serve drinks from the night bar and prepare early breakfasts if required.
- Complete the nightly audit and relevant reports.
- Respond quickly and professionally to any emergencies or disturbances.
- Support colleagues and ensure smooth communication between shifts.

- Trustworthy, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Flexibility with working hours and job demands.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Hotsoft (or similar)
- Hospitality or related qualification.
- First Aid certification and/or knowledge of health & safety procedures.
