Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the despatch team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations.

Coordinate order picking, loading, and despatch activities to meet customer requirements.

Monitor stock movement, stock rotation, and inventory accuracy.

Ensure export documentation and despatch paperwork are completed accurately and on time.

Operate and oversee PPT, forklift, and shunter driving for loading and unloading trailers.

Liaise with production, quality, and other departments to maintain smooth workflow.

Manage day-to-day operational issues and resolve problems as they arise.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the despatch area.

Support staff performance, attendance, training, and holiday planning.

Provide CGI cover when needed.

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What do we need from you?

Basic computer skills are advantageous

Previous experience in meat production (beef processing preferred)

Responsible from pre op. to post op. handover

Be flexible with working hours

Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Please note: The factory is located in an area with limited public transport, so reliable private transport is recommended.
This is an evening shift position. Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM. On Sundays, the shift typically ends earlier, around 8:00 PM.
