Job Title: Pricing and Quotation Executive
Main Location: Ballyboughal Co. Dublin
Normal Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with a one-hour unpaid break. However, flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business.

Main Responsibilities
· Provide expert guidance on Air and Sea freight products and services, ensuring customer enquiries are handled professionally, accurately, and efficiently.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication via email, telephone, and other communication platforms, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
· Follow up with customers on Air and Sea freight quotations, providing additional information and support to facilitate timely decisions.
· Develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and support business objectives.
· Responding within the required timescales to customer/partner enquiries and requests.
· Convert customer enquiries and quotations into confirmed Air and Sea freight bookings
· Proactively develop new business opportunities through lead generation, customer referrals, and relationship-building activities.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Air and Sea freight products, services, and industry developments.
· Updating new client information to the Sales Force system
· Oversee credit application process for onboarding new clients to Cargowise system for billing purposes
Required skills and experience
· Minimum of 1-2 year experience within Freight Forwarding sector.
· Knowledge of Air and Sea transport essential
· Self-motivated with good communication skills with the ability to work as part of sales team and on own initiative.
· Cold chain or time sensitive multimodal freight forwarding experience / Pharmaceutical industry knowledge ideally around reusable temperature-controlled packaging
· Ability to work to deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong time management and communication skills.
· Must be able to work well under pressure.
