Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in an FP&A, finance analyst or financial accounting role.
- Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is desirable.
- Experience working with an ERP system. Business Central would be an advantage.
Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Proactive and keen to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
