About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, flexible, and hardworking Cleaner & Housekeeping Operative to join our growing team.
This is a varied role that combines professional cleaning duties with housekeeping responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation.
The successful candidate will work across a mix of residential and commercial properties, delivering excellent service and ensuring all environments are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas
- Making beds and changing linens where required
- Laundry and ironing duties
- Restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning and/or housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of work
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Full driving licence and access to transport would be an advantage
