This role will be fully site based at: - Dublin, Sandyford
Hybrid / Remote working not available
The hours of work are: - 40 hours, Monday to Friday – Office hours
Salary: - EUR €16.00, EUR €33,280.00/Yr.
Role Details:

Provide high-quality customer support in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Apply effective prompting techniques to generate insights, improve processes, and solve customer-related challenges.

Work comfortably with evolving software tools and systems that are still under development.

Identify usability challenges, provide structured feedback, and contribute ideas to improve products and processes.

Analyse customer trends, feedback, and operational data to support continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experiences.

Excellent understanding of AI and LLM and working knowledge
Experience needed
-
Call Centre / Office based Experience, preferably 2–3 years of customer support experience via phone, email, and chat.

Experience working with direct consumers, in B2C environment; B2B is a distinct advantage. Skills & Competencies

The ability to speak/write another EU language other than English as your first language. (German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Polish)
