We're looking for experienced Quality Expert Reviewers to join our team in Dublin City Centre. If you have previous Content Moderation experience and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Review and audit content moderation decisions to ensure quality and policy compliance.
- Handle complex and sensitive content, including fraud, hate speech, violent content, child safety, nudity, phishing, and other high-risk categories.
- Support escalations, ID verification, and authenticity reviews.
- Deliver consistent, accurate decisions while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What we're looking for
- Previous Content Moderation experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Fluency in English and one or more additional languages.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and resilience when handling sensitive content.
The role
- On-site – Dublin City Centre
- €40,000-43,000 per year, depending on language
- Full-time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
- Fully flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00)
- 4 weeks of on-site training
