We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accountant to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function within our growing business. This is a hands-on role suited to a finance professional who enjoys working across all aspects of accounting, from payroll and bookkeeping to management accounts, budgeting, and year-end reporting.
Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial information, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting business decision-making. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple finance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monthly management accounts, P&L reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping
- Year-end accounts preparation and liaison with external accountants/auditors
- Maintaining financial controls, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Cash flow monitoring and financial reporting to management
What We're Looking For
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA Ireland, CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting
- Payroll and bookkeeping experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a small team environment

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
