Receptionist/Administrator
This is a front of house role, in a busy Accountancy Practice in Dublin2.
You will be the first point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for greeting clients face to face as well as answering inbound calls.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll engage with clients face to face, over the phone, and via email.
You’ll coordinate appointments using our in-house booking system, including scheduling, confirming, cancelling, and rearranging visits.
The role also involves diary management, follow-up communication etc.
The ideal candidate will have Reception experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Full computer literacy, including MS Office, fluent English essential.
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
