The Role
We are hiring a Category C Driver to operate a mobile shredding truck on a daily route.
This is a hands-on, physical role combining driving, customer interaction, and on-site service work.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily service routes across Dublin
- Operate an 18-ton mobile shredding truck (training provided)
- Carry out on-site/off-site confidential document destruction
- Load and handle materials (bags/boxes up to 20kg)
- Use handheld device to confirm service delivery
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and carry out daily checks
- Report any defects, issues or incidents
- Deliver a professional, reliable service to customers
Requirements
- Full, clean Category C Licence (essential)
- Experience driving rigid trucks (route experience preferred)
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and respect colleagues, customers & confidentiality
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 7:45am – 4:45pm (depending on route)
- No weekend work
