The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.
You will support the delivery of consistent five-star dining experiences across lunch, dinner, private dining, weddings, and events while working closely with the wider kitchen brigade to maintain exceptional quality, organisation, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver consistent standards across lunch and dinner service
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section during service
- Support the preparation and presentation of dishes to five-star standards Mentor and support Commis and Demi Chef de Partie colleagues
- Maintain HACCP best practices and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
- Bring ideas and creativity to dishes, presentation, and kitchen operations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, and dish presentation
- Support strong communication and teamwork across the kitchen brigade
- Ensure all kitchen procedures, standards, and health & safety requirements are followed carefully
