The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s largest private property developers. The company, based in Tyrone, are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Monaghan, ideally the candidate will have a good residential project history and a keen eye for detail.
This is a new build private development of 24 units.
Packages around £60-65k plus fuel.
Requirements
- Extensive experience on housing projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
- Site Supervisors Card
- First Aid
- Engineering background preferable
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Director level.

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
