We are continuing to grow our Service Department and are looking for an organised, customer-focused PPM Operations Coordinator to become a key member of our operations team.

The Role
As our PPM Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of the planning and coordination of our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
Working closely with engineers, customers and the Service Operations Manager, you will ensure maintenance visits are scheduled efficiently, compliance requirements are met and customers receive an outstanding level of service.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising complex operations, solving problems and making processes more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance visits.
- Coordinate engineer workloads to maximise productivity.
- Liaise with customers regarding service visits and scheduling.
- Monitor completion of planned maintenance programmes.
- Ensure service reports are received and closed promptly.
- Manage customer communication throughout the maintenance process.
- Maintain accurate records within our service management system.
- Work with the Service Operations Manager to improve planning efficiency and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
- Support the wider Service Department when required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating order, solving logistical challenges and delivering excellent customer service.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in service coordination, planning, facilities management support or operations.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Good IT skills and confidence using scheduling or service management systems.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A calm, positive and proactive approach.
Experience within HVAC, engineering or facilities management is an advantage but not essential.
