O'Brien Fine Foods (OBFF) is an Irish family business based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare. First established in 2000, the business has expanded over the years to become the leading producer of cooked meats on the island of Ireland, with a growing presence in the UK. We employ over 600 people and specialise in the manufacture and marketing of premium meats, supplying both branded and private label ranges to retailers across Ireland and the UK from our three manufacturing sites in Timahoe Co. Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Graduate to join our team. This role is designed to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to develop their skills and gain practical experience in various aspects of supply chain management. The successful candidate will work closely with our supply chain team to support day-to-day operations, analyse data, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

Order Processing: Support the processing of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Data Analysis: Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Logistics Coordination: Help in coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Supplier Relations: Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels, order status, and delivery performance.

Qualifications:
