Working Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week working from the Citywest office

Role Overview
The Recruitment & HR Executive will support the company's talent acquisition and human resources activities across Ireland and the UK. The role will primarily focus on recruitment and candidate management while also providing support on HR administration, employee relations, and compliance matters. This position requires a proactive, organized, and commercially minded individual who can work independently while maintaining close collaboration with local and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and direct headhunting activities.
- Screen CVs and applications against job specifications.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Evaluate candidate suitability, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment trackers, pipelines, and applicant records.
- Support offer management and pre-employment processes.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Human Resources & Compliance (20%)
- Review and update employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employment legislation and regulatory changes in Ireland and the UK.
- Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure policies remain aligned with legal requirements.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes under guidance from management.
