The AML Client Services Specialist acts as a key point of contact for clients, investors, and internal stakeholders, delivering an exceptional service experience while ensuring compliance with AML and Transfer Agency requirements.
The role combines strong client relationship management skills with operational expertise, supporting clients through complex queries, regulatory requirements, and onboarding activities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented approach, balancing service excellence with risk and control responsibilities
Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality client service experience by responding to client, investor, and internal stakeholder enquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-focused manner.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, acting as a trusted contact for AML and Transfer Agency-related matters.

Manage and resolve complex client queries, escalations, and exceptions, ensuring issues are investigated thoroughly and brought to an effective resolution.

Support investor onboarding and document management activities, ensuring AML and regulatory requirements are met while providing excellent client support.

Collaborate with internal teams, financial institutions, and third-party providers to deliver seamless service and positive client outcomes.

Oversee the processing and quality review of investor transactions, ensuring adherence to client expectations, regulatory obligations, and operational standards.

Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.

Prepare and review client and operational reporting, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Share technical expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and service excellence.

Act as a subject matter expert on AML and Transfer Agency activities, supporting both clients and internal stakeholders on complex matters.
The ideal candidate should have a fair amount of the following skills & experience:

Proven experience in a client-facing role within Financial Services, Transfer Agency, AML, Fund Administration, or a related environment.

Strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service and building trusted stakeholder relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations, resolve issues effectively, and deliver positive outcomes.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.

In-depth understanding of AML, investor servicing, or Transfer Agency processes.
