Driver – Customer Care Representative (Category C)

PULP Confidential Shredding is recruiting a Category C Driver to join our professional and growing team. Full training is provided — no shredding industry experience required.
Key Requirements
- Full Category C Driving Licence
- Valid CPC & Tacho Card
- Multi-drop driving experience
- Good knowledge of Dublin & surrounding areas
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 25+ years of age (insurance requirement)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Willing to complete a 10-year background check
Key Responsibilities
- Customer collections and large clear-outs
- Operating shredding machinery (training provided)
- Using handheld devices to log transactions
- Installing and removing confidential waste units
- Maintaining company vehicles
- Delivering excellent customer service
Hours & Pay
- 4 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- 10-hour shifts (approx. 7am–6pm)
- €41,000 annual salary
- €1,500 tax-free Christmas bonus
- Bonus for positive Google customer reviews
- Overtime paid at an agreed rate
