Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Managing incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining diaries
- Preparing property listings and documentation
- General office administration and coordination of day-to-day activities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a reactive, ever-changing environment
- Good IT skills and familiarity with standard office software
- Property experience an advantage but not essential
