Autoglass® are looking to hire a number of full time contact centre agents to work in our Dublin 12 headquarters. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role. This is a full-time, in office position.

- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate must:
- Have customer service and administration experience
- Possess good pc, administration, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Have Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly and helpful manner in all communications
- Possess drive, energy and determination and be a highly motivated self-starter
- Take responsibility for their own actions and work on their own initiative when required
- Strive to maintain good working relationships with other team members and other departments in the organisation
- Fluent English is essential
1 year experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
