ROLE:
- Lead and support our café team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and drinks, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate the team during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring tills balance at the end of the day.
- Maintain a clean, organized café environment, complying with health and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, placing orders to ensure the café runs efficiently.
- Assist with training new staff and encouraging professional development.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,500.00 per year
