Position
- Administrative and Accounts Assistant position based in Montrose, Dublin 4
- Role involves office administration duties
- part time position (3 days minimum), determined by candidates’ availability/ preference
- Flexible working hours
- Full training provided
- Immediate start date
- Salary dependent on experience level
Experience
- Experience in office administration
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of working with software systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written
- Experience in payroll/bookkeeping an advantage but not essential
- High level of detail accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good administrative skills
Responsibilities will include
- Responding to customer requests and queries via software platforms
- Assisting and responding to client requests
- Generating daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Keeping software platforms up to date
- Complete other tasks and administrative duties as requested
- Assisting with sales and operations administrative tasks
- Assisting accounts department

Pay
- Pay will be pro rata of full time salary displayed on this ad and calculated based on how many hours the employee works per week.
