About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous bartending experience in Ireland and be confident behind the bar.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist management in daily operations, lead by example, and help maintain a positive, professional, and fun working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly attitude
- Support management with day-to-day operations and opening/closing duties
- Help train and mentor junior team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels behind the bar
- Handle customer and staff issues calmly and productively
- Uphold high standards of presentation, professionalism, and teamwork
- Contribute to a welcoming and energetic pub atmosphere
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 year of bartending experience in Ireland.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, including stock deliveries, kegs, and crates, while moving stock as part of daily duties.
- Eager to learn and strong work ethic is required for Bartender position
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of cocktails, or a strong willingness to learnWhat
