eir business talent are currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor to recruit an experienced General Foreman/Woman for key projects in Dublin.

The Role
Reporting to the Site/Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing on-site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site activities, and driving programme delivery.

Requirements
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification
- 5+ years’ experience in a Foreman / General Foreman role with a Main Contractor
- Strong experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Proven track record delivering building projects safely and on programme
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong focus on quality control and health & safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities
