Full time Chef de Partie required for bar/restaurant located in the busy Cork suburb of Douglas.
The South County has a well established name for good quality food and service. We serve breakfast, lunch & dinner -7 days a week as well as a busy event business.
Looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual that will fit in with our current team.- Minimum 3 years experience working as a Chef in a similar operation. Preparation, cooking and service of all dishes under supervision of our head Chef.- Assisting with the daily activities & service in the kitchen.- Must be available weekdays and weekends- Ensure all food production is of the highest quality and maintain the highest levels of hygiene. HAACP training necessary. HAACP cert level 2 minimum.- Organise kitchen equipment and ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen.- Ability to accurately check deliveries, temperatures and limit waste.
Pay: €28,363.42-€38,204.52 per year
