Bunratty Castle Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food and beverage operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and motivating a team in a busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily breakfast service, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and allocate duties effectively.
- Ensure efficient set-up, service, and clear-down of the breakfast operation.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and service standards.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest queries and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Support the Food & Beverage management team in achieving departmental targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
- Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
- Fluent English required.

Working Hours
This role requires flexibility and involves early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as part of a rostered schedule.
