We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage staff, operations, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
- Opening and closing the restaurant as scheduled
- Ensuring all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed at all times
- Managing inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and minimize waste
- Creating and managing weekly staff schedules
- Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards
- Addressing customer concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Fostering a welcoming, positive atmosphere for guests and staff
- Monitoring sales, labor costs, and operational expenses to meet budget goals
- Handling cash management, daily reports, and basic accounting tasks
- Assisting with menu implementation, pricing updates, and promotions
- Leading by example with professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Promoting teamwork, accountability, and a strong work culture
- Communicating effectively with ownership and management regarding operations and improvements
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required (3-5 years)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and labor laws
- Good level of English required for effective communication
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel and basic computer skills
- References from previous employers
- A valid Irish work permit or IRP card (stamp 1G, 2, 2A, 3 etc.) OR a right to work in Ireland
