We provide reactive repairs, planned maintenance and refurbishment services across residential, commercial and social housing properties throughout Munster. Our clients include local authorities, approved housing bodies, property managers and private clients.
Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, reliability and professionalism. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Trade Technician to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role for an experienced technician with strong practical skills across general building and property maintenance.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, capable of managing a varied workload and committed to delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general property maintenance, repairs and small renovation works
- Complete reactive and responsive maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
- Perform multi-trade work, including carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, flooring and general repairs
- Repair and adjust windows, doors, locks, hinges, handles and associated fittings
- Assist with refurbishment, upgrade and property improvement projects
- Support property clear-outs and general operative duties when required
- Identify maintenance issues and clearly report findings
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, tenants, property managers and office staff
- Ensure all work is completed safely, neatly and to a high standard
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of four years’ experience in property maintenance, facilities maintenance or a similar multi-trade role
- Valid Safe Pass certification
- Valid Manual Handling certification
- Full clean Irish driving licence
- Strong practical maintenance and repair skills
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Authorised to work in Ireland
Desirable Experience
- Trade background in carpentry, painting, plastering or a related area
- Previous experience in social housing, facilities management or reactive maintenance
- Own tools would be an advantage
- Good spoken English
