Technical Advisor – Role and Responsibilities
Overview – The Technical Advisor is responsible for providing technical support, managing customer queries and tickets, and supporting product testing and compliance to ensure high-quality, safe electrical products.
Role:
- To work as part of the Technical Support team on customer query and ticket management and with our suppliers to ensure that the quality of our products is maintained at the high standard expected by our customers.
- Carry out product testing and development to support our NPD in guaranteeing the highest product quality while making sure that all products placed on the market meet statutory and safety requirements.
- Have a clear understanding of electrical installations within the domestic space.
- Opportunity for an electrical/mechanical technician or electrical apprentice with a strong background in problem-solving and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Technical Support Team – Call answering, Ticket management, HubSpot Daily Update/maintenance
· Product QC Issues & QC Kanban management – liaising with Customers, Sales Representatives, Contractors, and Wholesalers
· Managing Secondary Cost claims and Warranty Claims-– liaising with Customers, Sales Representatives, Contractors, and Wholesalers
· Managing Projects related to product quality and performance, including report writing and presentation creating/presenting.
·
Organization and management of annual WCCS meeting schedule, minutes and follow-on actions.
· Supporting with Technical/Quality Reworks when required.
· Provide input that may help improve processes and procedures throughout all areas of QC & Technical.

Pay: €36,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
