Debitask offers full in-house set off credit management services for most major financial institutions and utility companies. We are seeking to recruit a Credit Controllers for immediate start at our office in Bray, Co. Wicklow
The Role:
Candidates may have recent experience working in a fast paced credit control position maybe in a similar role and have an understanding of the importance of customer and client relationships. full training provided and Job is office based only.
Responsibilities;
- Be able to use appropriate collection techniques, resolve customer queries and set up repayment plan.
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service in dealing with customers
- Credit control via telephone, letter, email, Text and updating system in real time
- Take Debit card payments via our secure payment system
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding Data protection etc. full training provided.
Skills & Experience:
- The ability to work at a pace that matches the requirement of the business
- Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
- Positive attitude with strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative and also to work as part of a team
