We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team.
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast service for hotel guests, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellent food standards. This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys early starts and takes pride in delivering a memorable dining experience.
Early morning start with flexibility to work 5 shifts per week over a 7-day period.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard

Ensure breakfast buffet and a la carte offerings are fully stocked and attractively presented

Maintain consistency in food quality, portion control, and presentation

Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures

Assist with ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management
-
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and ready for service

Work closely with the wider kitchen team to support overall operations
-
Assist with food preparation for other services including staff dining when required
What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef in a high-volume kitchen, or similar role

Knowledge of breakfast preparation and service standards

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations

Ability to work with a team efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
