4. Retail & Financial Management: Drive retail sales, manage stock, and ensure cash-handling compliance.

Role Purpose
The Salon Manager ensures high-quality client experiences, manages daily salon operations, drives business growth, and leads a skilled team. Responsibilities include client service, retail and stock management, financial oversight, staff development, and operational efficiency, all in line with Peter Mark’s standards.
