A leading building services company in Blanchardstown is looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to work on industrial / commercial / Pharma / DC / and Hospital projects. This is a challenging role that requires both office-based and site-based work, with site rotation as necessary to support project requirements.
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects in line with company policies, procedures, EHSQ and financial targets. This includes attending tender handover and project start-up meetings, setting up email distribution lists for each project, ensuring team members understand their individual roles, and managing team issues. You will also be responsible for setting out key dates, raising RFI's, issuing technical submittals, and ensuring all large ticket items are procured and delivered in line with the program.
To qualify for this position, you must have previous experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager, as well as a trade or engineering background with experience in construction or project management. You should also have proven experience in MS Project and the MS Office Suite, excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: €90,000.00-€123,058.49 per year
