We provide comprehensive, tailored advice to a wide range of clients and sectors. We are seeking a Registered Architect to join our rapidly expanding team based in Dublin. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with 3-5 years’ post registration experience.
In this role you will be working with people from several disciplines with a strong focus on collaborating to provide excellent client service. You will be expected to take responsibility and attend site visits and design team/technical meetings as required. You will be working across an allocated portfolio of projects and will be ensuring that projects are adhering to all regulations and building standards. This will be across the whole life cycle of the project so you will be involved from inception to completion on all projects you work upon.

Job Requirements
- RIAI Registered Architect with a minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience Post Professional Practice Examination
- Strong leadership, communication and team building skills
- Demonstrate expertise in Revit and CAD with an understanding on sustainable best practice
- Possess a working knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Control Legislation
- Deep understanding on building regulations, fire safety, life safety and technical documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Mentor and coach junior staff to foster their growth and elevate team performance
- An ambitious and can-do attitude with a degree of flexibility to accommodate all responsibilities
- An attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- A demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and work on multiple and varied projects
- Own car and a full, clean Irish driving licence
