M&M Qualtech are currently recruiting for an Inventory Warehouse Clerk on the evening shift.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract role . The hours of work are 16:05pm - 00:00am, Monday - Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the receiving and identifying of incoming goods.
- Responsible for the proper running and layout of stores.
- Responsible for ensuring that all stored material is properly identified and located.
- Responsible for the stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Responsible for stores housekeeping.
- Responsible for use of ERP system & Factory Track system transactions.
- Forklift driving – reach truck and counterbalance (Forklift & Reach Truck licence required)
- Reporting
Specific requirements
- Experience operating forklifts and working in a similar position essential.
- Valid forklift licence desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) required.
- Experience with ERP systems required.
- Ability to work well with others and pay attention to detail.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with good motivational and inter-personal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a cross functional team.
- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.
- Ability to effectively manage a simultaneous range of diverse activities.
- Good Numerical Skills.
- Strong PC Skills (word, excel and word) required.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Right to work full time hours in Ireland.
Essential criteria
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- Right to work in Ireland. (38.5 hours per week)
The role will entail some periods of standing and sitting and manual handling. As such training is provided for manual handling as per H&S legislation.
