Our strength is our Direct Sales Force of which we have the largest in Ireland, on the road selling, servicing, and supporting our growing customer base. Our main industry sectors are: Automotive Aftermarket, Engineering & MRO, Construction, Renewables as well as Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms. Within our company's headquarters in Limerick, you will find over 70 support staff working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, Purchasing, Human Resources and Logistics.
About the Role:
This is a newly created, exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing business units at Wurth Ireland. As Key Account Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Key Accounts and a team of Key Account Managers, providing tender pricing support, tender applications, customer pipeline oversight, data insights & analytical support that help drive commercial decisions across the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Head of Key Accounts to build a sustainable strategy for growth using market data and company data.

Analyse existing contracts and key account customers to increase customer satisfaction, whilst identifying opportunities for expansion

Use data proactively to forecast trends and highlight opportunities

Analyse Key Account customer data and purchasing history to develop and recommend tailored strategies, regarding product selection and price points

Monitor account performance, identifying growth trends and flagging declining or at-risk accounts early

Support the implementation and ongoing integration of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)

Support the research, analysis, and preparation of tenders, helping to build compelling and competitive submissions

Build and maintain a centralised database of key performance indicators across all major accounts

Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to the Key Accounts team and senior management

Assist with the integration and development of e-business and online platforms across key accounts

Flexibility to travel around the island of Ireland when required for customer visits or trade shows - International travel a possibility
What We're Looking For:

A graduate, ideally in Business, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline

A strong analytical mind with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights

Curious and ambitious, someone who takes initiative and wants to make the role their own

Confidence using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and output

A clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to teams and management

A team player who enjoys supporting others and takes pride in the success of the wider team.

Experience handling data with Excel, BI, and CRM systems is an advantage.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
