Omniplex Longford is seeking Head Supervisor (Part Time)
The cinema head supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the cinema operation including efficient day-to-day control of all cinema activities and promoting effective visitor services, whilst supporting Management to ensure the business objectives are achieved.
TYPICAL ORGANISATIONAL ACTIVITIES;
Ensuring audience satisfaction - stock control - complying with licensing and health and safety regulations - training and supervising staff to work as a team
TYPICAL DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES;
cash control - stock control - concessions and ticketing control - dealing with customer and general queries - digital projection - maintaining upkeep of auditoria
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED
Previous cinema experience, while beneficial, is not required as full training will be provided. However, proven retail or leisure supervisor experience is essential.
KEY SKILLS FOR HEAD SUPERVISOR
Personal qualities such as good problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are important.
Candidates must be confident and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people. Good IT skills are also important.
You must be hands on, and able to supervise and motivate a team to provide a professional, high quality and successful cinema experience to all of our customers.
This is an in person role based in Omniplex cinema Longford. Due to the nature of the work we are currently only accepting applications from 18 years and over.
