We’re looking for part-time Guest Experience Assistants to join our team at Broga House, Cork, as part of Argyl’s seasonal portfolio. This is a part-time role, with contracts typically between 8 and 32 hours per week.

The role
Broga House is student accommodation during the academic year and operates as a short-term hotel over the summer.
You’ll be part of the Guest Experience Team, supporting check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest queries, and helping maintain high standards across the site. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be active across the building.
What you’ll do
Support day-to-day operations across the site, keeping spaces clean, organised, and guest-ready.
Assist guests with check-ins, questions, and general support throughout their stay.
Handle basic bookings, payments, and reservations (training provided).
Work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly and communicate clearly throughout shifts.
What we’re looking for
Reliable, practical, and happy to get stuck in.
Confident working with people and delivering good service.
Organised and comfortable using basic systems.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt when things get busy.
A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others.
Contract details
Part-time role, typically between 8 and 32 hours per week.
Hours are agreed in advance and worked across a rota, including evenings and weekends.
Shifts are scheduled ahead of time, with a mix of mornings and evenings.
Pay is €14.50 per hour, paid monthly.

This role is best suited to candidates already based in or able to commute to Cork.
