About Us
Indoor Padel Ireland is Meath’s first Indoor Padel Club. Located in Navan, the venue will feature six indoor padel courts. The facility will include a comfortable players’ lounge and viewing area to create a welcoming social environment serving food and beverages. Modern changing rooms and a sauna will support player comfort and recovery, offering a premium experience. Indoor Padel Ireland aims to become a vibrant community hub for padel and social sport in the region.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure smooth running of Meath's first indoor padel club. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working with people. A strong focus on opening shifts and early‑morning operations is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to all visitors
- Assist in leading operations, including early‑morning operations
- Support bookings, enquiries, and customer check‑ins
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager and wider team
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Contribute to rota planning
- Coordinate suppliers and ensure stock readiness for the day
- Assist in managing events, tournaments, and morning group sessions
- Report daily bookings, revenue, and occupancy levels to management
- Monitor and support key KPIs
- Take responsibility for the facility when the manager is not on site
- Contribute to weekly operational and performance reporting
- Support cost control and operational efficiency where required

- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or sports facilities (supervisory experience preferred)

Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or team‑lead experience
- Must live within a commutable distance to Navan
- Availability for early‑morning, evening, and weekend shifts; rostered 5 days across a 7‑day operation with variable shift times
Pay: €33,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
