ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The role requires solid and proven experience in Data Analysis, with the primary objective of translating insights into business strategies and optimizing supply chain performance. The ideal candidate must therefore understand the functional aspects connected to the company’s core business, ensuring full alignment with supply chain and operational objectives.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Collect, validate, and analyze data from transportation, warehousing, inventory, and related operational systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights that support operational planning and business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly update Excel reports, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and operational trends.
- Identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, service gaps, and performance issues across transportation networks and warehouse operations.
- Convert operational challenges into structured optimisation problems to improve delivery routes, carrier selection, warehouse space utilisation, and overall resource efficiency.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements, improve data processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, logistics, operations, or IT.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Sound knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and broader supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis, automation, and advanced data modelling. Familiarity with ETL tools and processes, including data extraction, transformation, integration, and validation.
- Basic knowledge of optimization techniques and tools such as Excel Solver.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
