Experience working as a General Foreman on Residential projects required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of subcontractors and construction team
- Working with the site team to ensure programme deadlines are met
- Keep tight controls ensuring quality
- Manage day to day site health and safety
Requirements:
- Must have worked in a supervisory/ management role within residential, commercial or mixed use projects
- Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation & certification standards
- Trade qualification preferable
- Verifiable track record essential
Salary is based on experience.
