Role and Responsibilities
- Ability to stay vigilant and observant at post, constantly monitoring the crowd for unusual behaviour.
- Anticipating and preventing incidents that may impact our customers experience
- Constantly monitoring and supervising the patrons both within and outside the premises.
- Constantly monitoring for drink spillages and working together with floor staff to clean any spillage in a timely manner, ensuring the safety of customers and other staff members as well as complying with company safety procedures.
- Reporting & recording all incidents and potential incidents to management.
Skills Required
- You must have a valid and in-date 'Door Supervisor PSA License
- Self-motivated, assertive and responsive
- Incident Recording and Reporting
- Fluent in English
- Good Customer relations
- Outgoing and friendly
- Excellent Presentation
- Previous experience working as a security operative in a busy environment
- Ability to work both as a team and alone
Pay: €20.00-€25.00 per hour
