Mitchelstown Golf Club is a charming but challenging 18 hole parkland course located at the foot of the Galtee Mountains in County Cork, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Head Greenkeeper to join our team. Interested? Click for More Information (ßAdd link to the below)
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality playing surfaces, managing the greenkeeping team, overseeing course maintenance programmes, controlling budgets and resources, and ensuring the course is presented to an excellent standard for members, visitors, competitions and events. The role requires strong technical knowledge of turfgrass and agronomic practices, together with proven leadership, planning and communication skills.

Health & Safety compliance, environmental and sustainability initiatives
Contractor management
Regular reporting to the Club Management Committee
Applicants should have experience in golf course maintenance, along with a qualification in Sports Turf Management, Horticulture or a related discipline. A full clean driving licence and strong team leadership skills are essential.
