Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of the job is to provide technical support to assist our installer customers during the sales and design process but particularly with aftersales. Support is provided on the phone, by whatsapp and email.
You will be joining a dynamic technical and sales team offering excellence in customer support and full training will be provided in order for you to gain a full in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
Job requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in a customer service role is an advantage
· Experience with battery energy storage systems (preferred)
· A technical aptitude
· Practical experience in DIY, electrical work or construction, troubleshooting etc
· A genuine interest in the environment and/or renewable energy.
· Proficiency in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel Spreadsheets.
· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative
· Willingness to adopt a consultative approach, nurturing strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
· Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business
· Fluency in English
