- Architectural Technologist qualification
- Minimum 5 years Post-graduate experience required
- Large scale residential experience beneficial
- Strong technical knowledge with precise attention to detail
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and BCAR process essential.
- Proficiency and intuition in 3D design and BIM software beneficial
- Salary negotiable based on experience
