Job Description: We are seeking diligent and reliable Site Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring our construction sites are kept clean and free of debris, maintaining a safe working environment. This role is crucial in supporting our health and safety standards on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties on construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Remove debris and ensure the site is free of hazards.
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately.
- Clean and sanitize site facilities, such as restrooms and break areas.
- Assist with site setup and breakdown as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the site supervisor.
Requirements:
- Valid Safe Pass certificate.
- Manual Handling training certificate.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
